Memorial Hospital Foundation Receives Grant

GULFPORT, Miss.— Memorial Hospital Foundation has received a $9,000 grant from the Gulf Coast Community Foundation to fund improvements to the Memorial Breastfeeding Center. This project is supported by the Mississippi Hurricane Recovery Fund, a fund of the Gulf Coast Community Foundation. The funds allow the Breastfeeding Center to offer a consultation area, a supply and display area, an office, and purchase a specific scale, which can determine the actual amount of breast milk a baby is receiving.
